Pop of Blue

This weekend you were so so good. Nothing big or grand was expected and you really delivered! It was the kind of weekend where you don't rush anything, the sun is beaming with options, and you spend time with great people eating amazing food. Oh and you squeeze in time for a little baking and shopping!

There really is nothing like a good black and white outfit! It's fun to add a little pop of color and my Madewell flats are a perfect finish.

Onto some exciting news, I was kindly nominated for a blogging award by the sweet Sharon of Upbeat Soles. The Leibster Awards are given to new bloggers that are up and coming by other bloggers. So part of the fun is getting to know other bloggers and passing on the torch to other bloggers.

1. What is your favorite movie?

This really was a tough one mainly because I'm terrible with movies. But A Walk In the Clouds is a good one.

2. Describe your style in 3 words.

Boho meets glam.

3. Where would you go on a dream vacation?

I love Europe and need a whole month to do some exploring:)

4. Who is your fashion icon?

I can find great inspiration from Jessica Alba and Rachel Bilson.

5. Why did you start blogging?

I've been obsessed with fashion and love getting dressed. This is my way of showcasing my style and hopefully providing some inspiration.

6. What is a funny fact about you?

I've never worked out in a gym. I just wouldn't even know where to start.

7. What is your favorite past time?

 I love exploring new places to eat. I'm dating a foodie and it's rubbing off.

8. What do you always have to have in your purse?

I have to have lip balm or lipgloss! I go crazy if I have bare lips!

9. What is your favorite holiday?

I have to say I love Christmas time. Everyone is in a good mood (not at the mall) and all the Christmas lights just make everything magical.

10. What is your favorite trend?

This is a tough one between plaid and leather. Both are so good and even better together!

11. What is your favorite thing you have ever bought?

Does a plane ticket count? My first plane ticket to NYC was what opened my eyes to love traveling.
