Shifty with Kacie's Kloset

two ways to wear a red dressYou know what happens when you meet one of your favorite blogging ladies in real life and she happens to love what you're wearing that she actually buys it? You have a fan girl moment and then do a fun post together. So Voila! One fun dress, styled two ways!

It was back in April that I had the chance to chat it up with Kacie at Lucky Fabb and she's just as stylish and funny-total package that Kacie! But let's bring it back to what I call thee red dress. As you may or may not know, I'm mildly obsessed with swings and tents all in dress form. When I laid eyes on this Zara red beauty, I knew it would be fun to style a million and one times. I'm sure I told Kacie that, too. So while I opted for contrasting color with my accessories and neutral booties, I love how Kacie kept it simple and let the dress shine. Both are great ways to style a red dress for a day look, which can be a little intimidating with a bold color.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

  2. Yay! I'm so happy we teamed up for this post! Next time I wear this dress I'm totally copying you and wearing it with pops of turquoise! Thanks for wearing this dress to LuckyFabb so that I would see it and fall in love with it! You've also made me realize how much I love swing dresses! I used to hate dresses but now I've found my dream dress style and can't get enough!
