What you'll get:
-One pair of Firmoo glasses with free shipping to US from this page: http://www.firmoo.com/collection-for-bloggers.html

Flashback Fashion Friday's Linkup #10

floral dress // espadrilles (under $25) // earrings (under $5) // ray-ban aviators

Floral. Pleats. Lace. Love at first sight I tell ya. I tried walking away from it, but I came right back for it and guess who also loves it? Yup, my favorite guy and that really sealed the deal for me. But really he might have not liked it and I still wouldn't have returned it. Sometimes you just have to wear what you love for yourself. It's just a nice bonus when your other half gives you the thumbs up.

Now, it's time to flashback to last year and see if things have changed or not. Last year, really was my year for rompers. Still loving florals and espadrilles, but not sure how much I really love this romper any more. Maybe if I try restyling it with some fall layers once it cools down. Don't forget to hope over to see Jessica's post!

Boho Maxi Dress

boho printed maxi and cognac espadrilles
belting a maxi dress

dress (local boutique, similar, similar under $50) // belt (gift, similar) // espadrilles // ray-ban aviators // purse (old, similar)

Maybe it's (sadly) the end of summer that has me reaching for maxi dresses, but when I saw this one at my favorite local boutique I snatched it up asap. It was the last one and in my size-score! They seriously the cutest things and sadly don't have an online shop. But I always pop in every time I get my haircut. Oh, yeah, I got a little trim. It was so hot that same day and we ended up going to a Dodger game. And well, what does one wear to a baseball game? Umm her new maxi dress! A little overdressed, but I was comfortable and kinda wearing Dodger colors;)

Flashback Fashion Friday's Linkup #8

paisley dress (only $30) // crossbody (old, love this) // panama hat // cognac espadrilles // ray-ban aviators

I'll be the first to admit that I am a dress person. Always have and at this rate probably always will. My mom will bring up the story of when I was around 5 and fell in love with a white puffy dress. Mom tried tricking me by saying we'll come back and I cried till that dress was mine. Even though it seems like a white dress for a toddler is a very messy idea, I basically wore that thing to anything and everything. Let's just say my mom got her moneys worth. So maybe I don't throw any tantrums about dresses, I just know when I see one I love I won't forget it. This cute maxi dress was that instant must have moment. Just like when I was 5, I have already worn this a handful of times-to get ice cream, to work, and to a blogging event. I think I'm getting my $30 dollars worth so far.

So it's time to flashback to last year's look here. It's pretty funny to see that I'm still wearing this classic panama hat and my love for espadrilles has not changed. I need to dig through my close and find that top because I forgot I had it.
Now, it's time for you to share your post! Jessica and I love see all of you join in on the fun!

They're BACK!

I'll be honest I get so excited when I see items that I love come back in stock! It's like the shopping judges are high fiving you for picking a winner. Three of my favorites are BACK and I just had to share! That navy floppy hat was picked up at the beginning of the year and didn't think they would bring it back (last seen here). The fit and quality are great and know it will be worn again so much.

If it would be okay, I think I just want to wear this dress and go twirling. The colors and the print are ahh-mazing! I wore it for my birthday outing with my besties here and lucky for you it's back and on sale-yes, the best 4 letter word! Oh, and I've mentioned before but that pretty long necklace (you might have to squint) has been restocked.

Last week, I had this dress on repeat. Hey, no one was seeing me back to back so why not?! But I'm mean it's such a good dress belted or not. I wore it a concert and to work and maybe somewhere else. I even got several ladies in the office complimenting me. It's under $50 and it's recently restocked, but hurry because I don't think it's going to last.

Almost Fall Wants

Well trying to get ready for Fall around here is pretty rough when it's still in triple digits. And since I'm not moving to the beach anytime soon, I can compromise with some transitional pieces. I had seen this picture of a trench dress and just knew I needed that in my life. Since I couldn't find the dress source and might have not been able to afford it, I kinda tried to forgot about it. A couple of days later, my closet prayers were answered with that olive trench dress. Oh, and that dress with those cute lace up flats=perfect! I've had that denim skirt in and out of shopping cart for several weeks now and am a little torn about the wash I want. I'm sure I'll figure it out. #getboth At the beginning of every season, I always get the urge to pick up a new scent. Yes, I am one of those that gets tired of scents fast and I recently sniffed that jimmy choo perfume, which is soft and sensual. It's a little different from my norm and a very good thing.

P.S. I just picked up that trench dress and it's 40% off with code TREAT but ends today!

Flashback Fashion Friday's Linkup #7

blue floral top (old, similar) // jeans // patent black loafers (under $25!)

I have to say it's been one of those weeks. So full and busy yet really good. But hello the tiredness is real! I've been dog sitting and while that's really fun (I'm a sucker for friendly dogs), that also means everything kinda revolves around those dogs. So this is just one of those looks I packed for the week and perfect for work. This floral top is no stranger around here and since it seems appropriate I'm linking up to it for today's flashback. But this time it's the shoes that really take it to another level. These patent loafers are going to be major this Fall and knew that I could give the trend a try for under $25. Now here's how I styled this floral top before here.

Now it's time to linkup with Jessica and I. We hope you'll join us! We love seeing everyone's post!

Weekend Vibes

embroidered top (Forever 21 not online but recently in stores) // AE shorts // reversible tote // cutout booties  (go up a half size) // chain bracelet

Over the weekend, I had nice blogging date with Jessica. I think she's my blogging BFF guys. I probably should ask her. But she lives pretty close and that's really awesome when you live in the LA area. The traffic here is no joke. She invited me to Unique LA, which is a pop up market that happens twice a year with all types of handmade vendors. I knew we would be walking a lot, so I went the comfy route with shorts, this new embroidered top, and these cutout booties I've been saving. We tried on so many rings, but everything was a little too big for my fingers. Jessica picked up some really pretty ones, which I'm sure you'll see on her soon.

How was your weekend?

Flashback Fashion Friday's Linkup #7

Free People dress // urban expressions clutch (old, similar) // sandals (old, similar)

When I'm obsessed with something, I go out and try to get as much of it as I can. I'm looking at you off the shoulder tops and dresses. And if you read the little blog of mine frequently you know that I've posted quite a few looks with off the shoulder pieces this summer. However, last year was all about the shift. After seeing this cute floral dress, my love for shifts lit up inside me and click click it was mine! It's even better in person-hello peekaboo trim and buttons in the back! It was the perfect dress for the weekend in this sticky humid weather we have been having. I'm thinking I should bring it out again this weekend for my date with Jessica

And speaking of Jessica, it's time for our weekly Flashback Fashion Friday linkup! Here's a look at my post last year. Okay, now I need to dig up those shorts!
