You know what the many perks of starting a new job is? Getting to repeat all your outfits because no one has seen them before. Well, until they follow you on social that is. But this whole work, real life, blog balance thing is not figured out just yet. No pictures were taken and I really didn't think I was going to post at all, but I did wear this outfit today last seen here. So I'm not only recycling outfits but pictures. I have set sometime this weekend, so new pictures are coming people. However, I have to say that I really love my job and has been the fullest 2 weeks. There's been lots of new places to eat at, events, and a Kim K sighting at the office. I don't even know why I got so excited about that, but I mean that's pretty epic for just the first 2 weeks, riiight?

Colorless + Linkup

Okay, I can explain. In the past week, we went to Phoenix and Tucson to spend some time with friends. And by went I mean we road tripped. Oh, and we definitely ate! Turns out, I couldn't eat a whole pizza. #sad Then, I came back and started my new job the day after. Oh, my goodness it's great! But....the commute is killing me! And you guys it's closer to home. Like I don't even know how it's possible to take 2 hours each way. So basically blogging has gone to the back burner this past week. I'm trying to get into the groove of things again, so hopefully you can bare with me.

But if you can't tell my brain is a little all over the place. Maybe it's the commute. Maybe my eyes are tired from looking at a screen like 98% of the day. However, this is a look I wore in Phoenix. Also, the only outfit pictures I took. Opps! Basically, it was all basics and colorless. As we haven't noticed but most of my outfits are becoming neutral and basics. It was only till now that the boyfriend realized that everything I wore is colorless. We had a deep conversation about it. Maybe he's on board. Maybe he isn't. But he know's he really doesn't have a choice.

Funny enough, this weeks flashback look is from our trip last year to Phoenix. I almost packed this dress with me, but the neutrals had my heart.

Side Zips + Linkup

It's been one of them weeks. The kind full of emotion. Okay, maybe a roller coaster of emotion. And yet I find myself wanting to talk about this sweater (obsessed!). But I'll focus back on the emotions. It's been my last week at work, but today is officially my last day. Part of my heart is sad because of the co-workers that have become friends. Part of my heart is just so excited to start this new chapter. And part of me is looking forward to a 3 day weekend (did someone say road trip)! So it's been a slow down, no hurry up week and my mind is just all.over.the.place. Now that I got that off my chest, let's talk about this sweater. It's been my favorite sweater lately and knew I had to have it! The zippers are what got me, but the quality of it is thicker than I thought- totally good except it's back in the 80's here.

Now, let's flashback to last year's look. It's a layered look that would be something I still would try except it's in the 80's.
