Wide Leg Cropped Jeans + Linkup

jacket (size s) // tank (size 2) // jean crops (size 27) // heels (size 7)

My names Adri and I said I wouldn't wear cropped anything reminiscent of culottes or gaucho pants again. Clearly, I lied. Embracing the cropped with mom jean vibes in full force. Turns out, I love it and have to say they are comfortable. Comfort and cute have my name all over it. This look is one that can take you from office to cocktails real fast. Let's just say I will be styling these up many ways (hint, hint).  Have you tried the culotte or cropped jean trend?

Let's flashback to last year here. It's definitely one of my favorites! This dress was a steal of find from Forever 21. It also fueled my obsession with the waist tie detail.

Thanks so much for joining the linkup with Jessica and I! Don't forget to linkup with us because you might be featured. This week we are featuring Leah from Eat Pray Wear Love and Kacie from Regally Soled!

10 Faux Leather Jackets Under $100

If there's one thing you need in your closet, it's a good (faux) leather jacket. My personal preference is faux for budget and lifestyle choices, but if leathers your jam no judgement. And every Fall/Winter I seem to find a great faux leather jacket that I can't live without. Turns out that obsession is a good one. It's a staple that I reach for time and time again (good ROI if you ask me). Plus, a good jacket is like a good bra-does wonders for your confidence. I've rounded up 10 or so great moto jackets that won't break the bank. You might even think about picking up more than one. I know I am.

Little Denim Dress + Linkup

dress // espadrilles // purse (new fall colors too) //aviators

Happy Friday! So glad it's the weekend. Not sure if it's me, but the week after a long weekend always seems like it's twice as long. It's okay. I've got some dinner plans here that I'm looking forward to. Now, on to this dress that I wore for date night. I'm no stranger to a good denim dress (see here and here), but there was just something about this one that wouldn't let me stop thinking about it. Yes, I'm obsessive like that. So glad I pulled the trigger. It's simple, but sure gets compliments for days.

Now, it's time for our Flashback Friday look here. This trench is great even a year later. One of the reasons I love it is because it can work on it's own or as a lightweight jacket. Definitely love versatility these days!

Thank you for linking up with us! If this is your first time here, we hope you'll join the linkup. This week our favorite looks were ChiChi from The Style Tune and Kim from Champagnista

Saving on Beauty & Health Services

This is a sponsored post. All opinions are my own.

It's no secret being a woman is expensive. From the manicures, haircuts, blowouts, it all adds up and fast. But that shouldn't stop you from doing some pampering, right? Nope! Pampering yourself is just a great source of relaxing and we all can use some me time.

Now you want to know how I've been saving on beauty services? It's Groupon. Time to get a mani, I check Groupon because you just never knew it might be half off. Yup, it's a treat yourself and your wallet!  Heck, I've been even thinking about using it for lasik. These eyes aren't what they used to be (sad face). Really the Health, Beauty, & Wellness Groupons are amazing! There's so many local hair and nail salons that offer deals that are just too good to pass up. It's been a way to try new salons and it's just a win-win. I get my pampering without going over budget and the business get's well more business and opportunity to gain a loyal customer. And let's not forget that they have all those fancy yoga and workout places at a steal! It's how I found my yoga studio that I absolutely love!

Have you tried Groupon for salons or fitness?

Easy Bedroom Upgrades + Linkup

bedcover & shams c/o // sheets (gift from my sister) // succulent (shh! it's fake)
Fun fact: Back in high school, I was convinced I was meant to be an interior designer. After watching hours of that makeover show with Ty Pennington (I'm terrible with names) on TLC, I was sure it was my calling. Clearly, that didn't happen and then realized fashion is my thing. But that doesn't mean I don't like a good looking room. There definitely some home changes in the works, which is all I can say for right now. But one way to get my fix for decorating is with new bed linens. Truly, the bed takes the stage in a bedroom. At least, it does for me. Some new sheets and bedspread is all it takes to upgrade a bedroom to give it new life (kinda like a new dress).

Call me crazy, but I think this little makeover has been sparked by my closet. My preferences for neutrals is taking over. Just like textures for your clothes make such an impact, it does the same for any room. The texture on the bed cover and shams give it a little extra special something and makes my neutral loving heart skip a beat or two.

Today, I'm also cohosting Rachel over at Garay Treasures. Make sure to linkup!

Camel & Grey + Linkup

moto jacket (size small) // tshirt (size xs) // jeans // espadrilles // purse (love this too)

One thing is for sure. I love camel and grey together. If there's an outfit that sums up my personal style at the moment, this would be it-casual basics with a twist. And I'm sure you've seen this jacket all over the interwebs #nsale, but I bought it at full price and have zero regrets about that. Okay, there's a little regret that I didn't get it sooner....at the sale price. As for sizing, I would agree it's a smudge small. My upper body is not blessed in the lady bits or shoulders, but found the small to be just right. Now the question is 'do I get it in black?'

Now, let's flashback to last year's look here. Oh, and that purse looks familiar ;) I really can't vouch enough for it! It fits everything and then some (hello DSLR) and everyone compliments it.

Thank you for linking up with us! Remember we pick our two favorite looks from the week before and it could be you next. *hint, hint* We loved Rosie from Life is Just Rosie and Abby from Life in the Fash Lane

LBD + Giveaway

black dress // jean jacket (similar) // espadrilles // purse // neck scarf

Any chance I get to head up the coast to my favorite spot, I absolutely will. Santa Barbara just does it for me. And I've been saving this dress for sometime. It turned out to be great weather for it too. One of the best parts about this black dress it the pockets. It really does make all the difference. Of course to balance off the bare shoulders, my favorite neckerchief was just the right touch.

Now let's talk about that giveaway! It's a BIG one! I've teamed up with some amazing bloggers and one of you will have a $1000 shopping spree to ASOS. Seriously, I wish I could enter this. You have until Friday 9/9 12:00 am CST to enter.

White For Fall + Linkup

top c/o stylewe // jeans // purse (old, similar) // lace-up flats (old, similar) // aviators

I think the world is in agreement that they can't believe it's September already. BUT having the long weekend to start it off really eases some of that edge off. And besides making a list ridiculously long of all the things I want to do because I'm dog-sitting my nephew (aka Dusky) who happens to live within 5 minutes of the beach, I'm wearing all the white just to show that weird fashion rule it doesn't make sense. Because let's be real this white top is just to pretty to be sitting in my closet till next Spring. There's so many details to it-pearls all along the trim, black stitching, cute fabric covered buttons at the shoulder. This was my first time shopping with StyleWe and just like the top doesn't miss the details so do they. The curation of unique designers basically gives you the confidence that no one else will show up wearing the same thing.

Now let's flashback to last year's look here.  And yes you will recognize Jessica's famous wall (that's what I call it). There's so many favorites put together in this casual look.
Thank you again for linking up with us! We love looking through all your posts. Our picks are Ruth from My Little Nest and Kim from Champagneista! How cute are these dresses?!
