Best of The Madewell Sale

Well I didn't see this coming--another Madewell sale! And that is not a complaint. One thing I've learned from being an avid shopper, is to keep an eye out for those sale on sales. Those are the best times to score some great pieces at ridiculous prices! They even added some of their newer pieces, so let's just say it's a good time shop. All sale is an extra 30% off with code META30 until 2/26/18.

DENIM WRAP TOP $78 (NOW $48.65) // SIZE SMALL
Well this is one of those tops that is a great updated basic! At this price, I couldn't say no. I do recommend going up a size if you have bigger hips/tush.

RUFFLE-CUFF RIBBED TOP $39.50 (NOW $17.49) // SIZE XXS
As you know, this top came home with me several weeks ago. It was already a steal, but at this price it's a bargain. It comes in 3 other colors that are all great. If you want this to be fitted, I would recommend sizing down. And I wouldn't wait on this one if you are debating.

BUTTON-BACK TIE TEE $62 (NOW $34.99) // SIZE XS

If you know my obsession with any top that ties at the front, you know exactly why I think this is a winner. The front and the back both have great details. With this price, it really will be a top you can wear all Spring.

MODERN TIE-FRONT SWEATER $69.50 (NOW $41.65) // SIZE XS
Think this proves my point about loving that tie front detail, but this lightweight sweater is SO good! It comes in 3 other colors and I can't decide what I need. It is thin, but it's very soft and a great transitional piece.

DRAWSTRING TOP IN KALEIDOSCOPE PRINT $98 (NOW $20.99) // SIZE XXS

Is that price even real? When I tried this top on at regular price, I thought it was cute just not worth the full price. This price is a lot lower than I thought it would ever go. It does run really big, so size down.

WRAP TOP IN STAR SCATTER $69.50 (NOW $41.65) // SIZE SMALL
This is the same top as the chambray version from earlier, but in a cute star print. They actually brought this back from a previous season, but now on sale (that didn't happen before). It also comes in a yellow print. Again, I would say size up if your gifted with some curves.

Holiday Sales Worth Shopping

best holiday sales

Let's face it, our inboxes are flooded with all the sales going on. It's exciting. It's exhausting. It might be a little too much. But then again there are some really good deals! And if you're anything like me, you might find these prices so good, you buy one as a gift and for yourself. So here's the sales that I'm actually shopping and think are worth your time:

MADEWELL (I mean how could I not?) // 25% OFF SITEWIDE except their leather transport line and third party items CODE: DONTSTRESS

TIP: This is the perfect time to shop the sale section because you get that additional 25% off. Normally, this sale does not include denim, so this would be the time to pick up some jeans for yourself.

ABERCROMBIE (dare I say this is Madewell's cheap sister) // 50% OFF SITEWIDE no code needed + FREE Shipping

TIP: Stock up on their basics like their cardigans, sweaters and tanks! Trust me, the quality is so good for the price!

LOFT // 50% OFF SITEWIDE CODE: THANKS

TIP: If there's a time to stock up on Lou & Grey, it's now. Their leggings are gold!

OSEA MALIBU (My go-to skincare I'm obsessed with and non-toxic!) // Get a FREE full-size cleanser of choice (value $48) + a large sample of the Vitamin C Polish when you spend $125 + Free Shipping

TIP: There sets are a great way gifts under $50 and a nice way to test the line, too!

Hope this helps you navigate the sales and gives you more time to spend with family!
Happy Thanksgiving!

P.s. We still have the linkup going! Hope you'll join us!

The Best of Madewell's Sale Section

Happy Friday! It's even a happier one because there are quite a few pieces that I LOVE that have been added to Madewell's sale section (insert hands up emoji). You might remember a few or a lot of these from previous fitting room reviews. But these are just too good to pass up!

cream sweater

TIE-CUFF PULLOVER SWEATER $79.99 (Now $49.99) // Wearing XXS
It's an oversized sweater that has a little something but still a great basic. It comes in several colors and looks like you put more effort into your outfit. There's enough room to do the half-tuck in the front, too.

floral silk dress

SILK POPPY DRESS IN WILD BOTANIC $148 (Now $99.99) // Wearing Size 6
This little dress is just that good! I'm honestly shocked to see it's been marked down already! It does seem to run a tad small in the waist and I'm only wearing a bigger size because that's all they had. It has the right length and not cut too low making it work appropriate, but the shape totally makes it happy hour ready.

black and white gingham dress

GINGHAM RUFFLE DRESS $98 (Now $34.99!) // Wearing Size 0
I personally own this one (you can see it here) and for this insane sale price it just doesn't get better than that!

star print top

WRAP SHIRT IN STAR SCATTER $75 (Now $49.99) // Wearing XS
Let me just say (again), I'm not that into star prints but this cute top changed my mind! It's so cute and with some white jeans and jean jacket, it's so easy to style. It is short in length, so keep that in mind. You could only wear this with high-waisted pants.

navy silk top

SILK RUFFLE-SLEEVE TOP IN CACTUS PRINT $98 (Now $54.99) // Wearing XS
Totally fell in love with this top the second I saw it and trying it on only confirmed it's great. I picked it up recently and have been wearing it so much. It has a V in the back and tried it on at home with it in the front and you wouldn't even know. So it can work worn two ways.

Thanks again to everyone who linked up with us! Jessica and I always look forward to reading your posts! Our picks are Kristina from The Kontemporary and Tilden from To Be Bright!

Favorite Fall Outfits

Is everyone recovered from their Thanksgiving food coma? I think I'm still having a hard time realizing that the year is practically over. Anyone else? But with a little look back on November, I thought I'd share some of my favorite outfits with you. It definitely was a month I embraced more neutrals. The grey and tan look above (seen here) was perfect for an almost Summer-like day here in LA. FYI that skirt is under $20 today!

Give me them blanket scarves! See my 3 ways to style them here. But in the Sole Society office errbody was excited to see this plaid blanket scarf return and luckily snatched one up quick! This blanket scarf is really similar and under $12! #stockingstuffer

There's just something about oxblood, grey, and tan together that I cannot get enough of! See the full look here. These booties have been my go-to and are 30% off, which never happens. If you're in between sizes, I would do the larger size. They come in a bunch of other colors too.

Happy Monday!
