Chambray shirt via TJ Maxx // Nasty Gal Necklace // Vince Espadrilles via TJ Maxx
You probably wouldn't know, but fitted bottoms aren't really my thing. Like they make me super uncomfortable because a) I like to eat my carbs and b) not a fan of showing my tush off. But when I found this Free People skirt on the sales rack at Bloomies I gave it try. I mean what's the harm in going out of my comfort zone for a Free People skirt that's now $30? And you can take a guess as to what happened. It was the best idea. The knot detail creates some very strategic ruching to let me eat all the carbs I want=SOLD! Plus, it's a black skirt that I can see working in the Fall with booties and this moto jacket.
Here are some great fitted skirts that are carb friendly:

1. Those espadrilles are still my fav 2. Love the draping on this skirt. It's totally something I have been looking for. 3. You look awesome in a fitted bottom, but I totally get it. I prefer to wear looser things too. 4. Love how you have taken basic up to such a great level.
